RISKLITE Workshop

RISKLITE is one of an integrated suite of DSA project support workshops. In the RISKLITE workshop the project team identifies all main risks and opportunities, prioritising both and agreeing mitigation actions, each with 'by who' and 'by when' commitments. The workshop outputs can be entered into RISKLITE£ software - creating the project risk and opportunity log.
