RIGHTSTART Workshop

RightStart is one of an integrated suite of DSA project support workshops. Frequently construction project teams are thrown together in response to an urgent need. Organisations and individuals then just get on with the project; sometimes the team gels and the project delivery is good though this is rare. In the RightStart workshop the key players develop common objectives and produce a project team success strategy - getting to know each other and strengthening trust and relationships throughout the session.
