RIGHTCLOSE Workshop

RightClose is one of an integrated suite of DSA project support workshops. In the RightClose workshop the team revisits their commitments and performance - looking at what went well on the project and what was missing. Lessons learnt are then agreed and actions for 'how we will do it next time round'. The team then agrees how the lessons can be shared throughout their own organisations and on future collaborations.
