DSA was employed to facilitate a workshop of stakeholders on a major retail scheme. Its aim was to draw out and then prioritise the issues that the individual stakeholders felt that influenced their interest in the scheme. The workshop completed this successfully and then exceeded this aim by ending the workshop with a preferred option that was agreed by all stakeholders.
