HealthCheck Workshop

HealthCheck is one of an integrated suite of DSA project support workshops. In the HealthCheck workshop the project team revisit the commitments they made during RightStart and agree necessary actions. Also all individuals conduct a team effectiveness survey. The inputs are fed into DSA software to produce an instant consensus view of how well the team is working - the teams strengths and development areas are discussed and necessary improvement actions agreed.
