To create a team with a common direction that is mutually beneficial to all parties is hard work. We had achieved a great deal but needed improved performance if we were to be really successful. The workshop enabled us to refocus on our purpose as a team, to align ourselves with the Project objectives and plan our management strategy. Great work was done!
