FlyingStart Audit

Flying Start is one of an integrated suite of DSA project support interventions. The site Project Manager has about 120 tasks to do in the first 4 weeks of a project. Many rely on experience and memory to get these done. Flying Start is an integrated check list of these activities carried out as an audit and backed up by a detailed report and expert support. Flying Start frees the PM from the burden of memory and focuses effort on getting the basics in place to ensure best project mobilisation.
