Dave Stitt has nearly 30 years experience in the Construction Industry mainly working for a small number of major national contractors. Prior to establishing DSA Building Performance in 2001 he led Wates' award winning Improving Construction Programme £ taking it from being an initiative in 1999 to 'the way we do Business' in 2001. He has been at the Centre of culture change in major contracting organisations since 1995 having trained as a performance coach in the mid 90's. Earlier career roles include: site/ senior engineer, design engineer, site project manager, contracts manager, operations manager and numerous business board appointments. In 1994 Dave won the Chartered Institute of Buildings (CIOB) World wide top academic award - The Lord Pilkington Prize for his Project Evaluation and Development work. He has also served as Chairman of the CIOB North Regional Management Board. Dave is also a regular construction press contributor and has many published articles on a variety of 'people' topics.
