I thought I would drop you a short note to thank you for so efficiently organising the workshop for our Design Management community.

The feedback forms were passed to me recently, and these sum up the excellence of your achievement in creating a focused and stimulating workshop. Indeed, the twenty delegates appear to have only one criticism - they would have liked an additional day with you!

At a personal level, I really enjoyed working with you to clarify the aims of the workshop, and was impressed with the ideas you came up with to achieve these. The balance between your performance coaching, guest speakers' inputs and the films was particularly well judged and kept everyone's interest levels high throughout.

As you know, my aim for the workshop was to improve the communities' interpersonal skills, and at the same time build a functioning community. Following the workshop the traffic posted onto our Design Managers' forum iCosNet demonstrates to me the success of the community building. They really are talking to each other, offering my support and ideas and sharing experience. I am also seeing a much more positive approach to interaction with clients and prospective clients.

These positive outcomes are a tribute to the skill you demonstrated in devising and leading the workshop, and we are grateful indeed for the progress achieved.
