Coaching Condtions and Payment Terms

The spirit of our work is one of our customer/ organisation and DSA collaborating on an equal basis in pursuit of our customer’s stated objectives. For our part we will provide all agreed inputs with enthusiasm, intellectual rigor, commitment and integrity.

As performance coaches we are not involved, nor will we become involved in the business of our customer’s Business and therefore the results achieved are entirely dependant on how the customer, if at all, responds, their judgments, decisions and commitment to improve and succeed. For the avoidance of doubt all decisions, choices and actions customers take as a result of the agreed inputs are their own and DSA Building Performance Limited shall not be liable for any resulting loss arising in contract, breach of duty or otherwise whatsoever.

Fees are therefore non refundable. Our proposed payment terms are 14 days from date of invoice.
