We achieved the objectives of the course and the structure was very well put together and brought out the issues and enabled all stakeholders to understand the concerns and aims of the others.
We believe that had Dave been running the course it would have been more effective- would have generated more discussion and also channeled the dissenting opinions more thoroughly (Chris England, Balfour Beatty Regional Civil Engineering)
