An opportunity for us to meet, share business intelligence and improve focus.

Purpose of the meeting? - Help me find out what influential people in the Construction Industry are grappling with and what they need to succeed in overcoming their biggest issues. It’s really about exploring what is holding back people like you and what is needed to make things easier for leaders and senior managers.

Interesting fact – If the average employee was 69% effective, they would waste 750 hours a year!. The average employee is probably less than 69% effective = big potential for improvement = good reason to explore what’s holding people back!

What’s in it for you? - A chance to slow down for a while and discuss your business issues with someone ‘outside’ of them. Maybe even to sharpen your focus on what’s really important to you and your company. Also, perhaps, an opportunity for you to find out what’s going on out there!

For me, the real point of this meeting is to find out what’s needed out there. Finding that out will help me focus and shape the services DSA offer.

How long will the meeting last? - As short or as long as you like, up to 2 hours.

Where at? – Your office or even better mine. I have the ideal conditions: easy to get to, loads of parking, away from your distractions and you get thinking time on the way out and to consolidate your thoughts on the way back.
