DSA's work in navigating and scribing our New Managment Plan is the only significant external expenditure within our Embracing Excellence Programme and as such was high on our shareholders radar. The Group Board are very happy with what has been produced.

The Managment Plan was developed during an incredibly busy period for us, so at times it was not easy to get all our people to contribute, having said that we did it and in a remarkably short timescale.

The clarity of your process plus programme and your management of both certainly helped. Also, Bill's personality and sponge like qualities were excellent and critical in converting the various working group inputs into a series of very clear processes and gates that now represent the esstential controls that will govern our fixed price businesses.

So, to the bottom line:
