Thanks for your support with my recent projects' team workshops - these sessions have really brought the partnerships to life. Both the Clock Tower and Bus Station projects were successfully completed and I do think the team spirit and strategies created in your RIGHT START workshops made an important impact.

On the Clock Tower it was your workshop that really triggered the partnership and where the Project became the teams single focus. The contractors general forman commented to me afterwards that it was like a light bulb switching on for him, seeing how everyone could work together to get the job done - a big insight from someone who would normally prefer to be out on site.

I also think it helps that you spend time speaking with a cross section of the participants prior to the workshops to get a wider perspective of what is required on the day and for the project. In our work I have come to rely on you for sorting all the logistics, venue, equipment etc. leaving me free to get on with my job. Also, I can just turn up on the day and participate with the rest, knowing everything will be sorted - for me this is a valuable part of your service.

You are real master at keeping everyone's energy and participation going through the day - I don't know how you do that? The day flies by, people get stuck in and leave with a buzz. Most importantly every session leaves with a project success strategy, a sharp focus and an action plan to get things moving on the project. I am sure your industry experience and knowledge helps!
